A tragic event unfolded in Owings Mills as police investigated the shooting deaths of a local couple. According to WMAR2 News, 59-year-old Karen Franklin and her husband, 63-year-old Gary Franklin, were found with gunshot wounds in their home on the 3500 block of Avery Hill Drive this Tuesday. Responding officers immediately deemed the scene a grave and quiet testament to a sudden and violent end.
Initial findings suggest a grim possibility—one that involves a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Although the Baltimore County Police have articulated this scenario, they have yet to conclude the exact manner in which the couple died.
