Joel Cerda was arrested on Sundaty last week for a second offense of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) after being stopped by deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office on Kuykendahl Road.
According to the Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Pecint 4 Facebook page, deputies observed signs of intoxication and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed their suspicions. Cerda was previously convicted of DWI.
He was booked into the Harris County Jail with a bond set at $300.
