A fatal traffic collision involving a woman allegedly under the influence of cannabis has led to a grim outcome in Riverside. The KTLA reports that the 24-year-old driver of a Toyota Camry collided with a Nissan Titan pickup truck at the intersection of University and Park Avenues on Saturday morning, resulting in the death of the truck's 60-year-old driver.
