The Sacramento Police Department arrived at the corner of Lemon Hill Avenue and the 65th Street Expressway around 8:30 p.m., where they discovered the victim, who was declared deceased at the scene, as KCRA reports.
Details provided indicate the suspect vehicle involved in the collision fled before officers could engage. police officials said the investigation was decidedly active with 65th Street Expressway being shut down between Elder Creek Road and Lemon Hill Avenue.
