
Authorities are currently investigating a stabbing incident that occurred yesterday morning in the New Holly neighborhood. According to the Seattle Police Department, the disturbance occurred at 1:03 a.m., and officers were dispatched to the 6900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South. Upon arrival, they found a 47-year-old man collapsed and unconscious in the lobby of an apartment building near the elevator, with serious injuries indicative of a stabbing.
The Seattle Fire Department responded swiftly, initiating life-saving efforts before transporting the victim to Harborview Medical Center. He remains in serious condition as he undergoes medical procedures. Police inspected the nearby apartment, which was believed to be connected to the disturbance, but yielded no suspects. The identity of the assailant remains unknown as the investigation by the Homicide/Assault Unit presses forward.
