The most recent infraction unfolded after Henderson, having been arrested on a DUI charge by the Florida Highway Patrol on March 18, 2025, bonded out and allegedly failed to register his address within the mandated 48-hour timeframe post-release. Further investigation revealed that Henderson hadn't just neglected to swiftly to report his current abode; he had also fallen behind on his bi-annual check-ins since July 17, 2014.
