An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old have been arrested in Shelby County, with charges that connect them to a February shooting and a series of commercial burglaries, say authorities. Mister Foster, the individual in question, is facing a compounded legal battle as the Shelby County Sheriff's Office linked him to a number of burglary incidents and a violent altercation that left one man hospitalized.
Following an in-depth investigation, Foster was charged with multiple counts, including burglary of a building and various theft and vandalism offenses. The reported burglaries took place at La Fogata Mexican Restaurant, Vantage Point, and a Mobil Gas Station during the month of March. An article shared by WREG indicates that after executing a search warrant at Foster's home on Nobel Avenue, authorities recovered a variety of stolen items.
The investigation further uncovered evidence implicating Foster in a prior shooting on Afton Grove Road in Cordova. The incident, which occurred on February 23, resulted in non-critical injuries for the victim. Additional charges levied against Foster, as detailed by Action News 5, include attempted first-degree murder and attempted theft.
A 15-year-old was also arrested in connection with the shooting and is facing serious charges including criminal attempt first-degree murder. This development adds a layer of complexity to an already multifaceted case. In a release reported by FOX13 Memphis, the Sheriff's Office indicated that the 15-year-old's charges also encompass burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of property.
