St. Augustine residents are encouraged to attend a special Planning & Zoning Board (PZB) meeting scheduled for April 30 at 1:30 p.m. in The Alcazar Room at City Hall. According to a City of St. Augustine announcement, the meeting will include updates on the revision of the Vision Plan and discussions on strengthening land development and building codes for improved resilience.
The official notice also lists the city’s water supply plan as a key topic. With ongoing concerns about water management and preserving the city’s character during new development, the meeting will provide an opportunity for public input and updates on city planning efforts.
For those unable to attend in person, the City of St. Augustine will provide a live stream of the meeting. Residents can find streaming details and more information on the city's official website.
