St. Johns County is planning to add its first croquet fields at Rock Springs Farms Park and is seeking public input on the project. A community meeting is scheduled for Tuesday next week from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Southeast Branch Library, located at 6670 US 1 S., St. Augustine, as per the St. Johns County website.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to ask questions and offer suggestions. Project team members, including Darren Shannon, Jason McKay, Timothy Conner, and Matthew Jurney, will be available to discuss the project.
The proposed plan includes four croquet fields, a shade structure, additional parking, and upgraded restroom facilities. The project will be located within the existing 2.3-acre park and aims to expand the county’s recreational offerings.
