On Saturday night, a teenage boy was shot and killed on a Houston street. The shooting happened around 9 p.m. on Glen Manor Drive, but police are still trying to figure out what led to the tragedy. According to a statement obtained by the City of Houston News, Houston Police Department Homicide Division Sergeants C. Ponder along with Detective J. Meister revealed that HPD patrol officers responded quickly to the call. They discovered the male, exhibiting gunshot wounds and lying unresponsive in the street. The Houston Fire Department paramedics were promptly on scene, only to pronounce the male deceased.
