During a routine traffic stop on Tomball Parkway yesterday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested two individuals after discovering narcotics and a stolen firearm.

According to the Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post, Andrea Gill, the driver, was found in possession of 0.5 grams of Hashish and 1 gram of THC wax. He was also charged with violating a protective order and was already out on bonds totaling $27,500 for previous charges. Christina Ramirez, the passenger and a convicted felon, was found with a stolen firearm.

Both were taken to the Harris County Jail. Gill was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Violation of a Protective Order and is awaiting bond from County Court 7. Ramirez was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, with bond set at $15,000 from the 230th District Court. The investigation is ongoing.
