During the incident, eastbound lanes at Rockhill were closed entirely, while the westbound traffic was squeezed into a single lane, creating significant congestion throughout the area. The City of Denton Fire Department reported that "3 people were transported with non life-threatening injuries," offering a succinct update on the well-being of those affected by the crash.
