The scholarship, designed to support high-achieving graduates from Cincinnati Public Schools, has enabled its first recipient, a political science major, to fully engage in her studies without the added stress of financial strain.
“I didn't have to stress about how I was going to pay for the college experience," Cotton told the University of Cincinnati.
