On Wednesday, deputies acted on a tip regarding the location of Charles Clark, a suspect with a felony warrant for Evading Arrest, locating him at an address on the 12900 block of Windfern Road. Clark had taken refuge inside a residence, where he tried to elude law enforcement by hiding, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
However, his attempts were thwarted by the constable deputies and their canine compatriot, R.E. Moore whom successfully cornered Clark leading to his arrest, the details of the capture was narrated through an official social media post from Constable Mark Herman's office; they provided the operational chronicle, acknowledging the apprehension. "Charles Clark was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for his felony arrest warrant. He is awaiting bond out of the 486th District Court," Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated in a Facebook post.
