Barszcz, a 29-year-old resident of North Main Street, is facing multiple charges including "B&E into a Vehicle in The Night Time for a Felony,” "Attempted B&E into a Vehicle in The Night Time for a Felony,” "Possession of Burglarious Tools / Instrument," "3 counts of Receiving Stolen Property," and "Trespassing" as he was found with goods that linked him directly to the crime he seems was trying to hide but got caught in the act," according to the statement released by Webster Police Department.
