Tragedy struck in Flatbush this morning when a school bus collided with a woman and her 8-year-old son at the intersection of Bedford Avenue and Farragut Road, a location just a short distance from Cortelyou Early Childhood Center. According to ABC7 New York, the bus, operated by a 66-year-old male, was making a turn when it hit the pedestrians.
