A 31-year-old woman remains in a critical but stable condition after suffering a gunshot wound to the head in South Baltimore last night. FOX Baltimore reported that the Baltimore Police responded to the 2400 block of Cedley Street around 6:39 p.m., where they discovered the victim inside a car.

Authorities swiftly transported her to a local hospital, where she continues to fight for her life amidst the spate of violence plaguing the city. In parallel incidents, WBAL states that a 30-year-old man was fatally wounded and pronounced dead after officers found him on the 3300 block of Paton Avenue with a gunshot wound. Another victim, a 29-year-old man, was also found nearby bearing multiple gunshot wounds. He currently remains in serious condition.
