
The Wright County Sheriff's Office released its arrest report for the period ending April 21, 2025, detailing a slew of alleged infractions ranging from controlled substance charges to DWIs. The report, made available on the county's official website, discloses the names and charges of several individuals apprehended during the week.
Among those arrested was Courtnee Alea Ascheman, 33, from Foley, who faced a charge for a 5th Degree Controlled Substance violation on April 14th in Otsego. On the same day, Thomas Robert Klassen, 41, of Fort Ripley, was taken into custody in Morrison County on a Wright County warrant for a 1st Degree Controlled Substance offense. Meanwhile, Kody Allen Pingeon, 32, from Little Falls, was also apprehended on April 14th in Monticello, facing not only a charge of giving an officer a false name but also a Wright County Warrant for the same charge.
Tremain Lamar Thomas, 40, hailing from Minneapolis, faced narcotics and firearms charges upon his arrest in Montrose on April 14th. Specifically, Thomas was booked on charges of 3rd Degree Controlled Substance and Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearm/Ammo. The following day witnessed multiple arrests as well, including Kreeden David Blomquist, 25, of Monticello, on a 3rd Degree DWI charge, and Lashay Marie Martin, 32, also from Minneapolis, who was taken into custody in Albertville on a charge of possession of shoplifting gear, alongside a Wright County warrant for theft.
The week continued with a series of DWI-related apprehensions and various degrees of controlled substance violations. Arrests continued with 77-year-old David Michael Tripp from Greenfield, who faced a 3rd Degree DWI charge upon his April 15th arrest in Delano. In an extended week of law enforcement activity, the reported incidents ranged from misdemeanor offenses to more serious allegations, such as that against Nicholas Robert Adney, 41, of St Cloud, who was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct on April 18th.
Frequent traffic violations were also noted in the article report, with the Sheriff's Office citing 13 property damage accidents, 8 personal injury incidents, 5 hit and runs, and 5 car deer accidents. Additionally, there were 7 DWI arrests, 5 cases of underage consumption, and 10 school bus stop arm violations, adding up to a total of 116 miscellaneous traffic violations within the week.
