A tragic incident unfolded in Clay County on Wednesday morning when a 19-year-old Jacksonville man lost his life, after being struck by a pickup truck. According to the Action News Jax report, the crash occurred just before 8 a.m. on U.S. 17, near JP Hall Boulevard in Green Cove Springs.
