According to the details shared by the Baltimore County Government, Divine Ayichi was named Woman of the Year for her dual roles in biomedical research and community outreach. Ayichi works at the National Institutes of Health, focusing on developmental biology. She also invests in the community by mentoring high school students and supporting women with cancer through beauty and self-care initiatives.
Elisha Urquhart, whose work spans infrastructure and energy, received the Woman Making a Difference award. Urquhart's career trajectory has ranged from managing automotive claims to overseeing significant projects in the defense sector and now, playing a pivotal role in preserving and revitalizing Baltimore's historical structures.
Embodying entrepreneurial spirit, Ginny Robertson was honored as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. Founder of the “On Purpose Woman Global Community” and On Purpose Woman Magazine, Robertson is known for her media presence and her lasting commitment to non-profit work focused on women's empowerment and recovery. Her influence extends across several platforms aimed at creating and nurturing communities for women to thrive.
