In the heart of these observations lies the Candlelight Vigil, an event where the names of the deceased officers are solemnly added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. "The names of fallen officers are added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C., and their stories are shared and read aloud during the annual Candlelight Vigil," Bucks County officials conveyed through their official announcement.
