
Cleveland's sense of community was shaken when news of a fatal shooting emerged this week. According to a social media update from The Cleveland, Ohio Remembrance Page, a man was killed in Amesbury on Sunday night. The victim was found in an apartment complex parking lot, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The call to emergency services was placed at around 10 p.m.
Officers who responded to the scene reportedly attempted to administer life-saving measures to the man. However, when Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived, they pronounced him dead on arrival.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has since identified the deceased as 28-year-old Cory Rico Tyree Bradley. Details surrounding the events leading up to Bradley's death are still unclear, and authorities are investigating the incident. The loss of this young man adds another name to the tally of gun violence victims that continues to afflict the nation.
