
Two men with outstanding felony warrants were arrested in Citrus Heights after a coordinated effort by local law enforcement and the community. The Citrus Heights Police Department reported that officers saw Cody Holtsman, 30, and Clyde Holtsman, 34, loitering near a shopping center. Both men ran when officers approached. One suspect was caught quickly, and a search was conducted for the second.
Two suspects on probation and previously wanted on felony warrants were arrested following a chase in Citrus Heights. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the search, using an air unit for perimeter announcements. Tips from the public helped locate the second suspect. The Citrus Heights Police Department stated, "Thank you to everyone who assisted. Your calls and vigilance helped bring this incident to a safe and successful resolution."
