
The Denver Police Department has taken to social media to enlist the public's assistance in locating Uriel Cobarrubias-Vinalay, a man wanted on serious charges. In their latest "Mug Shot Monday" feature, they highlighted Cobarrubias-Vinalay, who is facing charges of attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault. The department shared a post on their Facebook page with a photo and information about the suspect's charges, asking for anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
According to the Denver Police Department, there is an urgency to find Cobarrubias-Vinalay. The community is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or to submit a tip online if they see him or know where he might be. The department wants to ensure public safety by apprehending Cobarrubias-Vinalay, who is currently walking the streets with a charge of attempted first-degree murder hanging over his head.
The Denver Police have also extended an offer to Cobarrubias-Vinalay directly, stating, "NOTE TO SUSPECT: If you turn yourself in, we will expire this post upon confirmation of your booking," as per the Denver Police Department. This move indicates a willingness to engage with the suspect in a non-confrontational manner and a focus on resolution over continuous pursuit.
