Neal was last seen in the vicinity of the 6000 block of Grandville, according to a report from ClickOnDetroit. The report highlights that Neal left his home without permission and has not returned.
Notable in his last appearance, Neal was wearing a black mask, a white sweater, black pants, and white shoes that featured black and white shoestrings. He is described as being 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair, as reported by ClickOnDetroit.
