Police in Detroit are actively seeking a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that resulted in the deaths of two women last week. According to the CBS News Detroit, the crash occurred around 1 a.m. on Friday last week, at the intersection of Lahser Road and Keeler Street, when a white 2017 Audi A4 collided with a silver Hyundai Tucson.
Following the collision, the driver of the Audi is reported to have exited their vehicle, and fled the area on foot, leaving behind the victims. The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced dead at the scene, while her passenger was transported to a local hospital and later died due to the injuries sustained, as noted in a report by DetroitRewards.tv.
