A 48-year-old Flint woman lost her life after being shot on the night last Friday. The incident unfolded around 9:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Tebo Street, MLive reports. She was rushed to Hurley Medical Center, where despite efforts to save her, the woman succumbed to the gunshot wounds.
Officials have not detailed a motive for the shooting nor announced any arrests at this point, the crime scene was processed by the Michigan State Police crime lab, this information has been confirmed by abc12.
The investigation is ongoing, with Flint Major Case Unit detectives looking into the fatal incident, according to a social media post from MSP Third District. Authorities have not yet provided updates on suspects or potential leads related to the shooting
