He is credentialed as a licensed Texas Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker and boasts specialized designations such as the Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers and the General Accredited Appraiser from the National Association of REALTORS, which signifies a level of professional achievement and commitment to the field that adds a layer of assurance to the governor's pick for the role; moreover, he is also recognized for his previous involvement with the Lake Travis Education Foundation and his membership on the State Bar of Texas’ Law Focused Education Committee.
