The city of Grand Rapids is grappling with another act of gun violence after the shooting death of 31-year-old Montaness Lowe. According to the News Channel 3 report, Lowe was shot around 1:30 a.m. last Friday on Wealthy Street SE near Giddings Avenue SE and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
