
Harris County Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations Unit recovered three stolen vehicles and arrested a suspect earlier this week. According to the Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post, deputies responded to a report of a stolen car yesterday in the 21300 block of Falvel Road.
At the scene, deputies identified William Michael Rice and discovered two stolen vehicles on his property. After further questioning, Rice led officers to a third stolen vehicle in a storage unit on the 22400 block of Rothwood Road, which was also recovered. Rice was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He is charged with Theft of a Vehicle and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $31,000 by the 488th District Court.
The Constable’s Office also encouraged residents to download their mobile app “C4 NOW” for updates on crime, arrests, and traffic incidents in the area.
