
Law enforcement in Harris County arrested Timothy Wagner on Monday after a traffic stop revealed he was driving a stolen vehicle. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office pulled him over in the 14500 block of Spring Cypress Road, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
During the traffic stop, deputies discovered that the car Wagner was driving had been reported stolen. This was documented in their report. Wagner was arrested and now faces new charges, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Timothy Wagner was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $7,500.00 out of the 182nd District Court," according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page.
