Amid the everyday commotion of Harris County, a disturbance call on the 4200 block of Duneberry Trail led deputies to apprehend a figure who's been on their radar. According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, last Tuesday, deputies arrived on scene and were quickly introduced to the individual at the center of this turmoil, Laticia Western, whose history with law enforcement added another chapter on that day.
It turns out Western was not simply involved in a disturbance; she was sporting an open Probation Violation Warrant for Robbery-Bodily Injury, as deputies discovered through a further dive into her background. In a statement posted on Harris County Precinct 4's Facebook, Constable Mark Herman detailed, "Laticia Western was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant." At the time of her arrest, her bond had not been set by the 178th District Court.
As the system processes yet another suspect, the office of Constable Herman extends a digital hand to the community. The law enforcement branch reminded citizens that they can follow live feeds on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic accidents in their area by following their Facebook page and downloading their mobile app, "C4 NOW." This open channel of communication aims to keep the residents of Harris County in the loop and possibly even one step ahead of incidents, such as the one involving Ms. Western.
In keeping with a commitment to public safety and awareness, Constable Mark Herman's office encourages the community to stay connected and informed.
