After locating the car, they conducted a traffic stop and identified the individual behind the wheel as one Jeremy Wood. According to the official Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, "Jeremy Wood was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle."
