Authorities in Harris County recently executed a routine traffic stop that escalated into a drug bust. On Sunday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office pulled over a vehicle on Fairbanks N Houston Road. The driver, identified as Paul Galindo, was found to be in possession of an assortment of illegal substances, according to a social media post from the Constable's office.
After a thorough search conducted during the encounter, deputies discovered Xanax, liquid THC, marijuana, and codeine pills in Galindo’s vehicle. "Paul Galindo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute," Constable Herman's office stated.
Galindo has since been processed, and his bond was set at a substantial $10,000.00. The case has been slated for review by the 178th District Court. Meanwhile, community members are encouraged to stay aware of such incidents, with Constable Herman's office directing the public to their online platforms.
