The investment, which adds up to $933,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds, will create a facility to enrich learning and self-sufficiency splitting its focus between classrooms for education, a computer lab, and infrastructure for mental and physical wellness in the form of therapy rooms and exercise spaces according to the same county announcement.
