Last Saturday, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a call at an apartment complex on Spring Plaza Drive, following reports of a couple involved in a sexual act at the community pool. The incident, which took place in the 21600 block, occurred in the presence of other residents, including children.
According to a social media post from Constable Mark Herman's Office, the couple, identified as Nicholas Deaderick and Arielle Sims, were promptly located by the responding officer. In an unexpected turn of events, their public behavior led to their immediate arrest, affecting the privacy of others.
In the aftermath of the incident, both Deaderick and Sims were taken into custody. "Nicholas Deaderick and Arielle Sims were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for Public Lewdness," the Constable's Office stated. The couple's bonds were set at $100.00 each by County Court 9.
