A 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of a stabbing yesterday afternoon. The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. at an apartment complex at 13351 Cityscape Avenue, as per the Houston Police Department release.
Houston Police Department Homicide Detectives R. Bounds and C. Davidson responded and found one man injured outside the apartment and another man inside with multiple stab wounds. Police say an altercation between the two men led to the stabbing. The surviving individual has cooperated with authorities and provided a statement.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office has referred the case to a grand jury for further review. Houston police are asking anyone with information to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
