
Houston Police Department have recently made public surveillance footage of a man they are interested in questioning in connection with a fatal shooting that transpired last December at an apartment complex located at 8100 West Airport Boulevard. The violent incident, which left 35-year-old Joshua Profit dead, took place around 10:10 p.m., according to the City of Houston's news release. The unidentified male caught on video is described as a black male wearing a green hoodie, black pants, and Adidas sandals.
The victim, identified in a photo attached to the news release, was discovered by HPD patrol officers with multiple gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot. Despite the rapid response of Houston Fire Department paramedics, Profit was pronounced dead at the scene. The gunshots that claimed his life were heard by witnesses who also sighted an unknown suspect, described only as a male of moderate height and slender build, draped in all-black attire, fleeing the complex, as reported by the City of Houston. The shooter is shown wearing a dark hoodie and a bandana over his face.
The Houston Police Department hopes that with the public's help, they can get closer to solving this crime.
