Road resurfacing work will take place on Kekaha Road from May 19 to May 23, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The work will cause lane closures between Manu Road and Kaumuali‘i Highway. The County of Kaua‘i Department of Public Works and Maui Kupono Builders will carry out the project. Minor travel delays are expected.
In the Kekaha area, partial access will be allowed due to single-lane traffic and a no-parking policy in work zones. Flaggers will direct vehicles through the zones. Residents should expect delays and plan routes or schedules accordingly, according to the County of Kaua‘i.
