Two fresh faces have joined the ranks of Lake County’s corrections officers. Correction Officer Samantha Bonin and Correction Officer Dakota McDaniel have recently completed their training in the Corrections Division, according to an announcement from the Lake County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Frank Leonbruno shared a post on social media extending his congratulations to the duo entering the corrections work field.
"Congratulations to Correction Officer Samantha Bonin and Correction Officer Dakota McDaniel who have successfully completed their training in the Corrections Division. They are now working on their own in the jail facility," Lake County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Frank Leonbruno wrote in a statement celebrating their training completion as they transitioned to work independently within the jail facility. All the best wishes have also been extended toward them as they begin their careers, with expectations for great things in their future at the Sheriff's Office.
