
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrest of Delvison Escalona-Hernandez, 26, suspected in a fatal stabbing earlier this month. He was arrested in Los Angeles, California, last Wednesday by the Los Angeles Police Department. He is held at the North County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
On May 4, at 11:24 a.m., a call was received about a male who had been stabbed at an apartment on the 3200 block of East Desert Inn Road. When officers and medical personnel arrived, they found the male victim with stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, as reported by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Homicide detectives reported that the victim was involved in a verbal argument that escalated to physical violence, resulting in a stabbing. The suspect fled the scene. The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identity and cause of death.
