The Memphis Police Department is actively seeking information on a man accused of indecent exposure at the Benjamin Hooks Central Library. According to Action News 5, the incident occurred on April 28 around 5 p.m. when a woman reported that a man followed her son into the bathroom and exposed himself.
Surveillance footage captured the suspect, described as approximately 5-foot-8-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, dressed in all black with a black backpack. After the act, the man was seen leaving the premises heading east on Poplar Avenue. A detail, in WREG's report, adds that he was wearing a black hat along with his all-black attire.
The authorities have prompted the community to assist by sharing any information that may lead to identifying the individual. "If you have any idea who this man is, MPD urges you to call CrimeStoppers at 901-528-2274," as stated by FOX13 Memphis.
