Despite the presence of DC Fire and EMS at the scene, there were no signs of life and the individual was pronounced dead, found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds by the emergency responders. The tragedy of this event is underscored by the youthful age of the decedent, identified as 16-year-old Dominique Dingle, a local from Southeast, DC.
