The robbery occurred on a recent Wednesday, specifically on December 11, 2024, around 7:22 p.m., where an individual targeted an establishment on the 2700 block of 14th Street, Northwest. According to the Metropolitan Police Department report, the suspect, armed with a handgun, demanded money from the victim who complied, leading to the suspect fleeing with an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency.
Caught on the lens of nearby surveillance equipment, images and footage of the suspect have been made available. Striding with a sense of purpose captured on video, the suspect can be seen and may be identifiable by members of the public.
