Military Vehicle Crashes Off I-90 Overpass in Bellevue, Two Injured in 30-Foot Plunge

A military Humvee towing a trailer suffered a significant crash over the weekend, plunging approximately 30 feet off Interstate 90 in Bellevue, Washington. The incident occurred near the Eastgate neighborhood when the vehicle unexpectedly drifted to the right, leaving the freeway, traversing a grassy shoulder, and descending onto Southeast 38th St. below; Trooper Rick Johnson described the situation to the outlet, noting the cause of the vehicle's erratic movement remains undetermined, as reported by Fox News Digital.

According to KING5, the crash resulted in minor injuries to two individuals, and remarkably, no other vehicles were entangled in the aftermath of the crash this happened despite the vehicle's significant fall and the potential risk such an event would typically pose to others on the bustling interstate below. The Washington State Patrol is currently investigating the events that led up to this unusual and dangerous descent.
