Negewo was last seen around 5:30 p.m. yesterday near the 13700 block of Avonshire Drive in Silver Spring. The 3rd District Investigative Section has launched an investigation to determine her whereabouts.
According to a press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police, she is described as having a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt, and carrying a black purse or bag.
