On Thursday at approximately 1:26 a.m., a motorcycle crash occurred on the Harry Reid Airport Connector, south of Flight Path Avenue. The incident involved one motorcycle and a fixed object. The rider sustained critical injuries, as reported by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The motorcyclist has been identified as 28-year-old Nina Connor from Las Vegas, NV. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Connor was riding a black 2024 Kawasaki EX500 in the northbound lanes. She moved from the rightmost lane into the next lane, lost control of the motorcycle, and crashed into a traffic impact attenuator after crossing the painted gore area. Connor was ejected onto the roadway.
Connor was critically injured in a motorcycle crash and taken to Sunrise Hospital. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Collision Investigation Section is investigating the cause of the accident. Officials remind motorists to be cautious on the road.
