As reported by KSAT, the incident occurred around 5:45 a.m. in the 5700 block of the westbound access road, where the rider, aboard a 2008 Honda CBR 600, struck the right curb and was thrown from their motorcycle into a nearby grassy patch.
The unidentified motorcyclist's attempt to make a high-speed exit from the highway to the access road ended fatally when they misjudged a curve, hit the curb, and lost control, causing the motorcycle to veer off-road and resulting in the rider being ejected, according to a report by KENS 5. San Antonio police have ruled out criminal involvement in the crash as of their last update yesterday.
