Authorities in Houston responded to an unusual incident on Wednesday when a stolen vehicle was found blocking traffic on the 27900 block of the Hardy Toll Road. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office discovered a man, identified as Omar Moreno, sitting naked in the driver's seat.
According to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post, The vehicle had been recently reported stolen to the Houston Police Department. Deputies recovered the car and returned it to its owner. Moreno was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000 by the 230th District Court.
