
The New Castle County Police have escalated their search for 16-year-old Keira Lally, expressing "serious concerns for her health and safety." According to a post shared by the police department on social media, the teen was last seen Monday afternoon as she walked along the 100 block of Memorial Drive in New Castle, heading in the direction of Route 9.
Described as a light-skinned Black female with an average build and standing about 5'4" tall, Keira weighs around 133 pounds. Walking away from the area where she was last seen, she has light brown curly hair, usually worn in a ponytail. At the time of her disappearance, she was donning dark jeans, a tan long-sleeved shirt, and white Crocs. Her intended destination remains a mystery.

"Anyone with information regarding Keira’s whereabouts is urged to contact the New Castle County Police," stated the department in the post, urging the public to come forward.
